The change of a village -- IELTS -W1.

The diagrams demonstrate the growth of a small fishing village and its surrounding areas into a large European tourist resort in the period from 1974 to 2004. A quick glance at the diagrams reveals that many trees and farm products disappeared and were replaced by several modern constructions .

To specify, in the west , there used to be an woodland and the farm product like olives in the first period which vanish and replaced by a golf course , a series of hotels and big buildings in 2004 .However , a village was still there over the years with the merger of tourist shops in the later period .

Meanwhile , in the east , It is clear that the economy was promoted dramatically . For instance , the second period witnessed the disappeared of sheep and goats and a fishing village, followed by the emergence of a dozen of skyscrapers along the beach . Similarly , home of locals and an original village remain unchanged after around three decades.

Strikingly , a roadway was extended from the north to the south to make travelling more convenient.

Process IELTS - Silk worm

The diagram describes the life cycle of silkworm and the steps in creation of silk cloth. A quick glance at the diagram reveals that the process of silkworm development undergoes a series of stages with the aid of mulberry leaves.
To specify , in the initial stage , a moth gives birth to some eggs which develop into silkworm larvae after 10 days. Then , Eating mulberry leaves within 4-6 weeks, these silkworm larvae turn into larvae with silk thread covering their bodies. However , in the period from 3 to 8 days later experiences the growth of larvae into cocoons , before the birth of mature moths in 16 days later.
Subsequently, no sooner are the cocoons selected than the manufacturing process of silk cloth is set up. As can be seen , Some cocoons are boiled deeply into high temperature water , followed by the step of being unwinded into threads. These threads that are 300-900 meter long , next , are twisted and dyed directly  or woven  and finally dyeing . Remarkable , Only by virtue of the usage of dyeing chemicals is cloth colored to the demand of users.
