Bar-chart IELTS - Factors affecting work performance

The bar-chart demonstrates factors affecting work performance in two group of age. In general , The age group from 18 to 30 shows figures is higher than the age group from 45-60 in most factors. To specify , in the age group from 18-30 , factors as Chance for personal development , Relaxed working environment and Promotion prospects is the most common with about 80% , followed by Team spirit and Money . Meanwhile , Less than 50% the age group from 18-30 is mostly interested in factors like Job satisfaction , Competent boss and other fields .
However , By comparison , in the older age group , they pay the greatest attention to Money and Team spirit which show above 60% . Furthermore , The factors like Competent boss , Chance for personal development and Job satisfaction  is more popular than Relaxed working environment and Work environment with the former's figure  surpasses the latter's figure by 1,5 times . One special point indicates that  Money and Work environment is equally favorite in both groups.
